Block 1 - 15.25mins

1 min of monster walk with bands (think trying to ice skate with a mini band on)

15 second transition

45 seconds squat with alt leg raise w/band

30 second transition

1 min sumo squat with little courtesy jump

30 second transition

45 second leg raise with crunch w/ mini bands

Repeat until time is called

Block 2

6 x burpees into bench hops

10 x alligators 🐊 (TRX)

6 x pop jacks

10 x leg raise to crunch
