Repeat Adding 2 Reps Of The Squat Jumps Each Round


Endurance:

100m Row

6 X Body Weight Squats

Repeat Adding 100m To The Row Each Round

Repeat Until Finisher: 30 Second All Out Row

Choose Either Strong Or Stable Circuit

Strong:

6 - 10 Each X Bench Rfe (Rear Foot Elevated) Split Squat

6 - 10 Each X Bosu Dumbbell Single Arm Split Squat
