10 (Each) - Hollow Hold S/A Shoulder Press

Repeat Last Three Exercises Until Time Is Called

Run For Distance (Goal To Beat Half The Distance From Block 1)



Weight Floor

10 - Superman Plank

Complete 3 Rounds Of Above


12 - Alt S/A Shoulder Press With Rotation
