Buy-In: 1 Minute Of Sit-Up To Sumo Squat (Just Once)

Circuit:

8 X Close Grip Chest Press (On The Floor, Mini Band Around Shins)

8 X Double Crunch (Mini Band Around Shins)

8 X Single Dumbbell Good Morning (Mini Band Around Shins)

Repeat Until Buy-Out: 30 Second Of Sit-Up To Squat Jump

90 Second Recovery

 



Block 2 - 10.5 Minutes

Buy-In: 1 Minute Of Sit-Up To Sumo Squat (Just Once)

Circuit:

8 Each X Single Leg Hold Single Arm Shoulder Press (Mini Band Around Shins)

8 X Hammer Curl (Mini Band Around Shins)

4 X Goblet Squat Hold Lateral Walk (Mini Band Around Shins)
