How to Read This Calendar

  • Template type — the colored badge (Endurance, Power, Strength, ESP)
  • Floor focus — equipment and format (Bench, BOSU, Lift More, etc.)
  • Events — signature workouts like Inferno, Everest, DriTri, and Run Row

Template Types Explained

  • Endurance — longer pushes, sustained effort, aerobic capacity
  • Power — explosive intervals, short bursts, all-outs
  • Strength — heavier weights, inclines, slower tempo
