10 Total X Alt Transverse Squat

6 Each X Low Side Plank Thread The Needle

10 X Back Extension To Lat Pulldown, Rest

Add-On Row:

10 Stroke Row (80 - 120m+)

Each Round Add Another 10 Stroke Row, Rest In Between Rounds

Repeat Floor Exercises Until Finisher: 30 Second Each Of Reverse Lunge To Calf Raise (1 Minute Total)
