Rower - 7 minutes

4 rounds of, decreasing the row distance by 50m each round:

250m push row

5 each x medicine ball single leg overhead press

If finished, row for distance

Move to treadmill


Tread Block 2

3 min push

2 min base

3 min push

2 min base

3 min push

1 min AO

Move to the floor


Floor Block 1 - 14 minutes

2 rounds of stable:

5 each x single leg shoulder press

5 each x single leg deadlift

5 each x single leg bicep curl

Repeat until finisher:

6 - 10 x seated single arm reciprocating shoulder press

6 - 10 x deadlift

6 - 10 each x seated concentration curls

Finisher: 1 min of iso squat front raises
