Workout data, heart rate zones, VO2 Max estimates, HRV measurements, and other health metrics are displayed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on this information for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Data Accuracy

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of parsed workout data, whether from screenshot analysis, Apple Health imports, or API integrations. Data may be incomplete, incorrectly parsed, or differ from official Orangetheory records. You are responsible for verifying any data that matters to you.

Your Data, Your Responsibility

When you import Apple Health data or upload workout screenshots, you are responsible for the data you provide. Apple Health data is processed locally in your browser and stored in your browser's local storage. We do not back up, recover, or guarantee the persistence of locally stored data. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete imported workout information.
